LogNet provides innovative software solutions and services that address the fast-growing multi-billion dollar billing, eBilling and web-based customer self-service market for communication and content service providers.
The Company has successfully implemented its products at wireline, wireless, cable, content and internet operators as well as convergent providers. Its clients include some of the world’s leading telecoms groups – among them Cellcom, Telekom Austria, KPN, Telecom Italia, Bezeq, Scarlet Netherlands and Belgium, Melita Cable, and CAI Netherlands – and satellite TV operator Digital Fly in Ukraine.
LogNet's products are mission-critical to its clients and the Company has been able to enjoy considerable repeat business and recurring revenues from its entire customer base.
In June 2008 LogNet Israel acquired the assets and activity of MaxBill Ltd, a software vendor of billing and customer care solutions. This acquisition has significantly strengthened LogNet's market position and broadened the Company’s product portfolio and R&D capabilities.
The Company offers two major product suites:
The Account Manager Suite offers communication service providers with the ability to improve the level of services they provide to private consumers and business customers over the internet while significantly reducing operational costs. The suite includes three modules: BillMiner, SelfCare and Usage & Cost Analyzer. By using LogNet’s Account Manager Suite, business and consumer customers of communication service providers can manage and control aspects of their communication service relationship online and allows access to their detailed communication bill.
The MaxBill Suite for rating, billing, invoicing and customer-care. The Suite provides Telecoms with software that manage a wide range of billing processes and functions such as pricing management, rating, partner management, service authorization, discounting and promotions, billing cycle management, invoicing, and payment & collections.
